What are some causes you care about?

I believe in expanding financial literacy among young people. It is very valuable to understand key financial terms and basic concepts, and the earlier you learn these topics the more you stand to gain down the road. I am often giving my friends quick lessons related to the stock market and I strongly encourage any twenty-something I meet to learn more about the different aspects of personal finance.

What are the best skills that you bring to your job?

My background in finance primarily stems from technology and computer science and their growing intersections with how financial business is done. This understanding allows me to quickly learn and adapt to any new systems as the financial technology landscape evolves. I apply a data-driven approach to my analysis and effectively communicate this information with the team in order to make informed investing solutions.

What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?

Growing up in Montana, I was afforded the opportunity to spend my winters snowboarding and my summers golfing and playing on the water, so I look forward to doing these activities as often as I can. I have also taken up an interest in audiovisual equipment and enjoy tinkering with my camera and microphone for personal projects and working with friends.
